After two weeks of development, we’ve finally released custom views for the planning page! Now, you can create custom views that match your workflow and preferences. Plus, we’ve added some cool new features on mobile, like the Task Toolbar and Custom Date Planning. Let’s dive into this week’s updates.
⭐ This Week's Highlights
Custom Views on the Planning Page
You can now open and close the Inbox lane, Planned lane, and Calendar, giving you full control over your view. Here are some benefits OFFLIGHT makers, who are also users, experienced:
- After planning the day, we could hide the Inbox to avoid distractions.
- It’s great to have a full view of the calendar, so we no longer need to switch to Google Calendar to plan.
- When we just wanted to focus on today’s tasks, keeping only the Today section open really helped with concentration.
As mentioned in a previous email, we’ve made the lanes collapsible with an accordion-style feature, so you can easily expand or collapse them with your mouse. And after lots of thought, we implemented keyboard shortcuts to be easy to learn, accessible, and ergonomic.
- SHIFT + A: Toggle Inbox lane
- SHIFT + S: Toggle Planned lane
- SHIFT + D: Toggle Calendar lane
Mobile - Task Toolbar and Custom Date Planning
Task Toolbar
With the Task Toolbar, you can now set deadlines, planning dates, and lists when creating a task. Just use the toolbar that appears above the keyboard to create tasks quickly and easily.
Custom Date Planning
We’ve added a Custom Date option to the planning feature so you can schedule tasks for specific dates. Swipe left on a task and tap "Plan," or go to the task details page and tap "Plan" to find the "Custom date" option.

Roadmap
We’ve added a Roadmap button to the left menu. Here, you can see what features we’re working on and plan to build next. You can also check out feature requests from other users and vote for the ones you like. Be sure to cast your votes!
🐛 Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where event creation in time blocks was occasionally slow.
- Fixed an issue where the 'T' shortcut didn’t work after clicking the date change button.

❗Advance Notice of Server Maintenance❗
