The second phase of the multi-calendar feature, with multi-account integration and calendar design improvements, has been released. We’re taking a short break, but stay tuned for the next multi-calendar update! Here are the highlights of this week’s improvements.
⭐This Week's Highlights
Google Calendar Multi-Account Integration 📅
You can now connect and view multiple Google Calendar accounts in OFFLIGHT. You can also change the default calendar where events created in OFFLIGHT are displayed.
👨🏫 Pro tip
Have you been annoyed by all OFFLIGHT events showing up in your calendar? Change the default calendar to create time block events that are visible only to you.

Calendar Design Improvements 👩⚕️
OFFLIGHT’s calendar just got a facelift! We’ve improved overall colors and event name visibility, and differentiated between calendar colors and event filters. Huge thanks to Roy and Leuo for their work on this! The facelift isn’t complete yet—calendar event modals are up next.
💎 Hidden Gems
Gmail Multi-Account Integration 📥
You can now integrate multiple Gmail accounts! Currently, only starred emails are imported, but soon you’ll be able to customize import conditions for each account.
Global Timezone Support 🌍
OFFLIGHT now supports global timezones. Regardless of which country you’re in, your events will automatically adjust to the local time. This is great news for our international users and those who frequently travel for work.
🐛 Bug Fix
- Fixed an issue where time blocks sometimes wouldn’t update or display changes on the screen.
🚀 Upcoming Next Week
Dynamic Toolbar Update
We’ll be fixing remaining bugs in Focus Mode and working on changing the task controller to a dynamic toolbar.
🙇♂️ Due to the focus on clearing backlogs and preparing for new features in two weeks, this update might not be fully implemented next week, but we’re working hard to bring you a new experience soon.
💬 Behind the Scenes
- We moved to a new office on April 1st! It’s great to finally have “our own space.” We’re now thinking about how to set up an optimal work environment for the team’s productivity 🤔
- We attended the Korea to Global 100 Meetup and heard global expansion stories from experienced entrepreneurs. We’re eager to meet global users soon to identify more pressing problems to solve.
