How to Create a List
You can create a list by clicking the Add list icon on the organizing page or the planning page.
Type 1 - Default List
- By default, lists can be created simply by entering a title.
- When creating a list with just a title, it will be created with the Auto task count option, which automatically calculates the progress.
- For example, if there are 10 tasks in total and 3 are completed, the progress is calculated as 30%.
- The calculated progress can be viewed as a pie chart on the left side of the list, and detailed information can be viewed by hovering the mouse over it.
Type 2 - Goal-Oriented List
- When necessary, you can create a goal-oriented list by setting a period and target unit.
- Entering the period: Enter the start date and end date in the Time period.
- Entering the target unit: Click the default unit set to Auto, and select the desired target unit (Number, Percent, Currency), then enter the start value, target value, and current value.

- You can update the goal value from the 'More options' that appear when hovering over the list.
- Hover over the list and click the More options icon.
- Click the Edit list menu.
- Click the target unit and update the current value.
- You can update the goal value from the 'More options' that appear when hovering over the list.
Reordering Lists
You can reorder the lists by clicking the display setting icon on the organizing page or the planning page.
- Click the display setting icon.
- Click Move lists.
- Adjust the order of the lists as desired.
Creating a Sub-List
If you need another classification within a list, you can create a sub-list.
- Hover over the list.
- Click the Add list button among the quick action icons.
If you want to make an already created list a sub-list of another list, you can adjust the order in display setting > Move list.
You can create service lists up to 1 depth.
Hiding Lists
You can hide lists you don't want to view by clicking the display setting icon on the organizing page or the planning page.
- Click the display setting icon.
- Uncheck the lists you want to hide.
Pinning Lists
You can pin a list to the task controller so that it is always visible.
- Hover over the list and click the More options icon.
- Click the Pin menu.
When a list is pinned, if a goal period is set, you can see how many days are left until the goal.
Pro Tip: Changing the Calendar Linked to a List
You can change the calendar linked to each list so that when you create a time block, it is directly registered in the desired calendar.
- Hover over the list and click the More options icon.
- Click Default calendar and set the desired calendar for registration.
